Through the deployment of our proprietary software we enable healthcare providers internationally to create efficiencies while also reducing costs, reducing change management challenges and providing better patient outcomes.  Our clients have achieved major gains in clinical and administrative processes, resulting in a redirection of resources and headcount towards patient care, with a minimisation of clinical risk.

Originally founded in 2006, we currently have offices and clients globally and have specific expertise in the healthcare sector and human service organisations, having built up years of knowledge.

eHealth

Vitro Software's first product, Claimsure under Sláinte Healthcare which came to the market in 2006 met a gap in the revenue cycle management process in Irish hospitals. It replaced the inefficient paper based process with an entirely electronic process, allowing for faster administration, less duplication & the creation of opportunities for financial & administrative efficiencies. By 2015 the Claimsure software was being used in over 90% of Irish hospitals, both public and private, and is being used in all of Ireland's Health Service Executive (HSE) acute hospitals. Claimsure processed approximately €1.8bn worth of health insurance claims in Ireland annually. In December 2015 Claimsure and it's associated services were sold to Clanwilliam Group.  

Vitro was launched in 2012 in order to address the worldwide gaps in moving from paper to electronic records in Hospitals. Within the first year Vitro was being rapidly adopted by healthcare clients worldwide.
